360° VISUALISATIONS

Davidson Baxter Partnership 360º is a design tool and service used by the Practice to visualise and model projects both externally and internally. The service assists clients in perceiving design solutions and allowing the designer/client to discuss design details and concepts as the design develops.

The Practice have skills in presenting and communicating design concepts to not only client groups, but design professional and also individual private clients alike.

The visualisation facet of the Practice has developed with the need to communicate design concepts within 3-Dimensions Largely taking over from model making and perspective drawing although both of the latter skills are still utilised during the early stages of design development.

With the use of computer generated images at varying stages of a project's development. Realistic and conceptual design solutions can be tested and viewed, allowing detailed design considerations to be implemented, leading to an enhanced ‘End Solution'.

Massing Modelling, Photo montagés and fly through presentations, can all be achieved to resolve sensitive design issues.

Ongoing inward investment in new technology combined with staff development in this area, has allowed the production of lifelike presentations in real-time, allowing clients to explore design ideas, building forms and concepts, and also interior views.
