Homes have been designed for Residential, Nursing and Respite Care and also more recently dementia units within specialised care facilities. The most recent of which is on a new build site in Dunfermline for QRZ.

Our work involves the procurement and design of the buildings, working with Private and Public Sector Clients and the Developers to create contemporary care facilities across the UK.

Partnership is a ‘key’ objective in all our projects. Understanding our Clients clinical needs and processes is essential, including the need to meet Health Service Standards and Design guidelines which apply.

Designs require to be cost effective and understand sustainable energy strategies. Buildings incorporate the latest cost efficient solutions for cooking, heating and power and ‘Green Guide’ concepts are to the fore when undertaking commissions in this sector.
