This project involved the redevelopment of Adjoining Property creating a new Hotel/Bar Restaurant facility linked into the existing Licensed Trading Area.

The Scheme involved the creation of a new Restaurant/Office(s). The Clients purchased an adjoining house to the East of the Hotel and the building was converted to create the new facility and a new link made to the existing Hotel.

The new Restaurant with its own identity is accessed independently from a new entrance and also from the existing Hotel.

The theme was a contemporary one, converting an adjoining cottage and creating the new facility, toilets, kitchen and management suite. The ‘Garden’ Restaurant has direct access to the Hotel Bar and the Gardens to the South.
