The Dean Park Hotel has undergone a number of project refurbishments, extensions and alterations over many years. The last of which included the refurbishment of both the Kensington Function Suite and the Windsor Lounge and also the hotel reception.

The restaurant was extended over 15 years ago as part of a larger general refurbishment which included bedroom additions and refurbishments.

The Hotel has 33 bedrooms, 2 function suites and also a lounge and cocktail bar with a dedicated restaurant.

The Hotel has been a successful venue to both local and the business community and also business travellers over many years. The hotel sits within landscaped gardens on the northern edge of Kirkcaldy close to the A92 bypass.

The recently completed schemes to the Kensington Suite and Windsor Lounge have upgraded the interiors with a more contemporary feel. New fabrics and finishings have been introduced, with the bar refurbishments providing a tranquil interior feel. A tranquil palette of colours has been used to create a quiet ambiance within each of the customer areas.

Recent budgets have been of the order of £140K although the investment on various projects over the last 10 years represents an investment of circa £750K or thereby.
